1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the fe777 platform — whether via the website at fe777.plus, the fe777 mobile app or any other channel through which fe777 services are made available — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the fe777 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all services offered through fe777 including slots, fish shooting games, live casino tables, sports betting, promotions and any other gaming or entertainment products made available on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with fe777 you must meet all of the following requirements:

fe777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. Verified accounts are also required before any withdrawal can be processed.

fe777 does not knowingly permit players who have previously been self-excluded to register new accounts. If you have previously requested self-exclusion and have then registered a new account, you must inform fe777 support immediately.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fe777 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. fe777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact fe777 support immediately. You should also change your password without delay.

• You are responsible for all bets, deposits and actions taken from your account, whether or not they were authorised by you.
• You must keep your contact details up to date. fe777 uses your registered details to communicate important account information.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, including family members. Each person must register their own individual account.
• fe777 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any balance held within it to another person.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your fe777 account are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). fe777 supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically reflected within minutes
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically reflected within minutes
• Raast — instant bank-to-account transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — transfers from all major Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets — other supported PKR mobile wallet services as listed in the cashier section

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the fe777 cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. fe777 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated winnings voided.

fe777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly for any fees they may apply.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. fe777 processes withdrawal requests around the clock, though actual transfer times depend on your payment provider.

• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or other documentation.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from active bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fe777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms listed on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player. Players who create duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and their accounts closed.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are applied to your bonus balance separately from your real-money balance. Real-money balance is used first for wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories — for example, a slots bonus may not contribute to the wagering requirement when used on sports betting or live casino tables.

7. Sports Betting Rules

fe777 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the fe777 system, except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and the player chooses to use it.
• fe777 displays the odds for each market at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds as shown. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• In-play betting markets are offered for selected events including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at fe777's discretion.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type, as published in the fe777 sports betting rules section.
• fe777 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, an obvious pricing error or any form of match manipulation or suspicious betting activity.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, competition and market type.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are available on selected markets. All legs of an accumulator must settle as winning for the full payout to be awarded.

fe777 takes the integrity of sports betting seriously. Any account found to be engaging in suspicious betting patterns, arbitrage activity or collusion may be suspended and bets voided pending investigation.

8. Slots & Casino Games

All slots and casino games available on fe777 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The outcome of every spin, hand or round is entirely random and is not influenced by previous results, bet size or account status.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game supplier. fe777 does not modify RTP settings.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system using the bet that was placed. The result of a completed round stands regardless of disconnection.
• Any malfunction of a game voids all pays and play for that round. fe777 will not honour payouts that resulted from a game error or technical fault.
• Progressive jackpot games may have specific additional rules. Where applicable, these are displayed within the game interface.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios. The same fair play and disconnection rules apply to live casino games as to standard casino games.

9. Fish Games

Fish shooting games on fe777 are multiplayer skill-based games where players spend bullets (which cost PKR from your balance) to shoot fish and sea creatures for prizes. The following rules apply:

• Each bullet fired deducts the corresponding cost from your real-money or bonus balance as applicable.
• Payouts are awarded based on the type of creature caught and the multiplier associated with it, as displayed within the game.
• Fish game rooms have different stake levels. Players should select a room appropriate for their balance. fe777 accepts no responsibility for a player entering a room with insufficient balance to sustain play.
• Disconnection during a fish game session does not void bullets already fired. Any bullet in motion at the time of disconnection will complete its trajectory and the result will stand.
• Automated tools, bots or any software designed to play fish games on a player's behalf are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fe777 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from fe777:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any platform restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to play games or place bets without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in multi-player games such as fish shooting rooms.
• Using the fe777 platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your fe777 account.

fe777 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where there is evidence of financial crime or fraud. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

fe777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, suspicious or abusive activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fe777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

12. Responsible Gaming

• fe777 is not liable for any losses caused by technical faults, internet connectivity issues, server downtime or any other interruption to service that is outside fe777's direct control.

• fe777 does not claim any government licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement in Pakistan. Players use the platform at their own discretion.
